With the participation of many German drivers and among them some very fast guys like Andreas Bartels and Henrik Steiner we had the first round of the Danish Nationals at the huge indoor horse arena.

The track is tight, flat and during the race the grip increased to medium. A well made 5 jump section and a few other good areas made the track difficult but fun to drive. Fastest lap times at 26 sec.

Qualification was down to two fast young Danish guys with Oliver Fischer (HB) and Magnus Frandsen (Losi) battling it out. Oliver won 2 out of 4 rounds and a 2nd place which earned him the TQ. Personally I was not very good and struggled with my driving and to optimize the car. Finally for the 4th and last qualification round I improved and won the round with the only 12 lapper!

For the semi I changed all 3 diffs to make the car more easy to drive. It did work well and I won the semi A and got A-main TQ with a 10 sec margin. The Proline Blockade M4 worked again very well and my FX engine is so reliable and easy to tune with a good millage giving me a 9 minutes pit strategy for the final (only very few drivers went 9 minutes in the final).

I had a good lead in the first minutes of the final, but then two mistakes and some traffic with 12 cars on a small track put me down in the middle of the field. I fought my way back and was at some point very close to take the 2nd spot. In the last minutes of the final Pelle Culmsee chased me hard and it came down to a very thrilling and close finish of the final.
In total around 110 drivers in truggy, nitro buggy and ebuggy attended the race.
